1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the betebt platform ("Platform" or "Site"). By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

betebt is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, and slot games services to users in Bangladesh. These terms are written in English and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled and payment may be withheld. Any change in information must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 months or more. We will notify the relevant user through their registered contact details regarding any inactive account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount at betebt is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Only deposits made from an account registered in your own name are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account.

4.3 Transaction Fees

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. The specific terms for each bonus offer are described in detail on the bonus page.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit from the date they are issued.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied at the same time unless specifically stated in the offer.
• Bets below the minimum bet limit may not be placed using bonus funds.
• betebt reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.

5.4 VIP Cashback

betebt's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze tier, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Tiers are upgraded based on the user's activity and engagement.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on betebt must comply with the platform's rules. For sports betting, bets must be confirmed before the event starts or within the specified time limit. In live betting, bets are accepted subject to odds changes.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the full amount of the relevant bet will be refunded. If the event resumes within 24 hours, the bet will be settled based on the final result.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set for various games and events. These limits are displayed on the individual page for each game or betting market. betebt reserves the right to change these limits as needed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betebt platform:

• Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) aimed at guaranteeing a win.
• Verifying an account using false information or forged identity documents.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. The relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

betebt may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• By order of a court or authority.
• If money laundering or financial crime is suspected.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by User
